The international airport of Assalouyeh Persian Gulf, called IATA YEH and IKEYO OIBI, is located in Assaluyeh, Bushehr province.

Currently, the airport is carrying 10 daily flights (average), roundabout (20 sorties) on different routes and transferring at least 1900 passengers per day as the 10th most active airport in the country. Due to the launch of the site 2 areas (North Pars gas field project) as well as foreign flights will be added to its volume of activity

The airport's nominal capacity is an annual displacement of 750,000 passengers, now reaching 90% of its nominal capacity, and if the infrastructure is ready, it would be unlikely to reach more capacity than this capacity.

With regard to the safety and equipment used at this airport, many domestic and foreign air companies are willing to make their flights to this airport, in which up to now, there are six major airline companies operating air and airport services at the airport.
