Flight Operations :

• Coordination between flight attendants and ground service providers during departures and arrivals
• Coordinating all the factors of service to the aircraft including the timing and manner of connecting and disconnecting equipment to/from the aircraft
• Track all required flight permits and coordinate refueling vehicle to the position of the aircraft
• Providing the required information to the pilot and the flight spherical
• Head set, Wing walker and FOD Check services
• Setting the Load Sheet forms based on the aircraft, passengers, cargo and fuel information to provide and receive approval from the pilot before the flight (monitoring the LMC and notifying the pilot)
• Post Message
• Coordinating with all units to perform the operations of incoming and outbound flights (causes of delays and inconsistencies during operation)
